Through soccer, we empower young girls to grow, heal, and build resilience. By integrating sports, mental health support, and leadership development, we create meaningful change and a lasting impact both on and off the field.
Soccer Schools
FC SeaSters is establishing 25 soccer schools for girls in the Odesa region, including 3 in Odesa city and 22 in surrounding areas. Four schools are operational: Odesa (38 girls), Usatove (58), Ovidiopol (20), and Maiaky (21). Two more schools will open by autumn, with another in Odesa by 2024. The schools are tuition-free, sponsored by Allrise Capital Inc., FC SeaSters, and regional administrations.
Soccer Academy
FC SeaSters is establishing Ukraine’s first soccer academy dedicated to women’s soccer. Located at the Otrada training facility, it will train girls aged 12-17, offering skills development and career pathways. Otrada features 4 artificial fields, a pool, gym, classrooms, and accommodations. Fully funded by FC SeaSters, the academy will advance talented players from Soccer Schools to elite levels, preparing them for professional leagues.
SeaSters Cup
In 2023, FC SeaSters launched the SeaSters soccer cup featuring 16 teams from cities across Ukraine, with plans to include girls from our soccer schools in future editions. The Cup is held every three months.
Summer Camps

The option includes yearly tuition for one girl, covering training, soccer gear, camp, and competition participation.
